Job Responsibility:
Capability Scoping: Lead a comprehensive gap analysis to determine the systems, infrastructure, and technical requirements needed for a robust internal service
Service Design: Develop the end-to-end service delivery model, ensuring high-fidelity outputs and seamless integration with existing Agency workflows
Workforce Architecture: Identify the specific skillsets and recruitment strategies required to build and manage a specialist internal team
Implementation Leadership: Oversee the transition from external providers to an internalised model, ensuring service continuity and data integrity
Executive Advisory: Provide authoritative briefings to senior leadership on technical requirements, system risks, and operational milestones
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Significant history in building or operating transcription services within complex legal, regulatory, or quasi-judicial environments
Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of the digital recording systems, hardware, and software platforms required to support large-scale operations
Operational Delivery: While procurement experience is valued, you must demonstrate hands-on experience in the actual delivery or management of these services
Strategic Discretion: The ability to operate effectively within a sensitive and confidential project environment
