The Community Impact and Investment team creates impactful community outcomes and positions Capital One as the most strategically bold, innovative, and mission-driven financial institution. We’re seeking a talented and energetic Director to join our Associate Enablement team, leading Social Impact Volunteering (SIV). The SIV team is charged with fostering a culture of service and volunteering across the enterprise by building and managing large-scale programs to empower our 'mission forward' associate base to engage with the community.
