Job Responsibility
Represent GCID in the delivery of large transformational deals from origination through delivery stabilization
Orchestrate across architects, project managers and technical delivery teams within GCID
Drive the strategy for project delivery aligned with committed project outcomes and development of robust project plans to drive predictable delivery outcomes
Orchestrate the initiation and mobilization of delivery teams and ensure alignment and land expected delivery outcomes
Be a part of Microsoft steering committees and enable faster executive decision making, escalation path for delivery and triage with engineering
Be accountable for the financial performance of the deal, including Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR), ISD revenue and gross margin, in addition to the core GCID delivery metrics
Ensure effective quality management and change control techniques across the delivery cycle
Anchor key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through strategic and targeted communications, preventing and managing escalations proactively to drive high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 20+ years experience in project management OR equivalent experience
Experience in driving large transformational projects as CTO/CIO of large corporation or as a delivery leader at a technology/ITservices organization
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
8+ years financial management experience
Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification
OR Experience in creating and managing intellectual property (IP)
