Job Description:

The Director of the Strategic PMO leads the enterprise-wide execution of our most critical initiatives while ensuring organizational alignment through a robust internal narrative. This role sits at the intersection of "strategy execution" and "corporate storytelling," reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. You will be responsible for building a high-performing Strategic PMO framework and managing the internal communication channels that keep our global workforce informed, engaged, and inspired.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Portfolio Governance (60%): Standardize project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) across all organizations
  • Manage the enterprise project/program portfolio, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-priority "North Star" goals
  • Internal Communications Strategy (10%): Partner with the CoS to execute a 360-degree internal comms roadmap utilizing enterprise tools to support efforts
  • Oversee the CXO intranet utilizations, Slack ecosystem, and newsletter strategy to ensure a consistent executive voice and cultural alignment
  • Executive Support & Narrative (20%): Act as a strategic partner to the C-suite for strategic pillars (Growth, AI, Operational Efficiency, and Business Maturity), quarterly board reporting, and Internal/crisis communications support
  • Performance & Value Realization (10%): Develop dashboards to track both project ROI and employee engagement metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience leading PMO, Strategy Operations, or Business Transformation
  • At least 3 years of experience within a Strategic PMO, specifically navigating AI adoption and integration
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery in Jira, Confluence, Integrations of AI Tools, data warehouse consolidation, enterprise tool alignment (Gemini, Chat GPT, Claude, CoPilot) and communication platform Slack and Google Suite
