Job Description

The Director of Product Operations is responsible for growing and leading a dedicated Product Operations team at Docebo, streamlining and enhancing product-related processes to drive efficiency and cross-functional alignment. This is the ‘right hand’ person of the head of product. This individual oversees product communications, tools, processes, and strategy research, enabling Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to focus on innovation and deliver impactful products. The Director will consolidate key functions to optimize workflows, ensure consistent execution, and foster a data-driven approach to product decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Grow and lead a dedicated Product Operations team
  • Develop, support, and optimize product-related processes that streamline collaboration between Product & Technology teams and other departments
  • Oversee the adoption and management of tools and systems used in product development
  • Lead efforts to consolidate product-related insights and research into a central repository
  • Create and maintain communication protocols that ensure consistent and effective information flow among stakeholders
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations
  • Manage budgetary responsibilities related to product operations
  • Lead change management initiatives related to new processes, tools, or systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in product management, product operations, or related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position
  • Demonstrated experience in streamlining processes and improving cross-functional workflows
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to support data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive the adoption of new processes and tools
  • Strong written and verbal skills, capable of creating clarity across diverse teams
