AtScale is the semantic layer for modern data and AI. We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms—like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery—and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. Following recent strategic equity financing, we are looking for a Director, Product Marketing to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence and lead the next phase of the semantic layer category in the AI era.
Job Responsibility:
Define AI & Semantic Layer Positioning: Refine and operationalize messaging for agentic AI, governed metrics, and cloud data ecosystems, translating technical capabilities into clear enterprise value for AI and data leaders
Lead Product Launch & Competitive Strategy: Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for major releases while building defensive positioning against Microsoft Fabric, warehouse-native features, and emerging AI tools
Drive Sales & Partner Enablement: Equip field teams and ecosystem partners with the narratives, battlecards, and demo storylines needed to win in AI-driven enterprise conversations
Build the Organizational Foundation: Act as a senior individual contributor with the ambition to scale the product marketing function and establish repeatable systems as the team grows
Requirements:
10+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise data, analytics, or AI infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to position highly technical products to enterprise buyers and engage in deep technical discussions with data leaders
Based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours

Comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
