Join our client as a Director, Product Marketing in a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. You will own the product marketing function end-to-end for a fast-growing gaming technology business within the gambling industry. You will help the company turn complex products into clear market value. This role spans marketing, CRM, events, PR, affiliates, and product, offering you the chance to shape how we win in the market.
Job Responsibility:
Own GTM strategy across the portfolio, ensuring products are clearly positioned, differentiated, and adopted in the market
Define product positioning and messaging for technical and executive audiences, crafting value propositions that resonate with buyers
Lead end-to-end launches, readiness, enablement, and cross-functional alignment for successful market entry
Own sales enablement, providing tools, messaging, and insights to empower the field
Govern enablement content and assets, ensuring clarity, version control, and accessible materials
Establish market insights programs, including voice of the customer, win/loss, and field feedback to inform product decisions
Lead competitive intelligence and differentiate our positioning with data-driven recommendations
Create feedback loops that influence roadmap and ensure alignment between market signals and product plans
Define target segments, personas, and use cases to guide strategy and sales engagement
Partner with Product and Sales, and manage external agencies or vendors on positioning and launches
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive PMM or related experience in B2B, SaaS, or regulated tech
