Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join the M365 Copilot Inbound team, focused on shaping and scaling Microsoft’s most critical Copilot-first experiences—the entry points and everyday surfaces where customers first discover, adopt, and build lasting habits with Copilot.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and drive the inbound product marketing strategy for M365 Copilot’s first experiences
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product marketers
  • Shape product direction from early concept through scaled adoption
  • Craft clear value propositions, positioning, and compelling narratives
  • Operate as an expert connector and facilitator, coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, Design/UX, Business Planning, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior product leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing and enablement assets across channels
  • Serve as a voice of innovation to the field
  • Collaborate closely with Public Relations, Communications, Analyst Relations, and Design/UX teams to represent the Copilot experience portfolio
