Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Director, Product Marketing who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our market expansion, working cross-functionally to position eGain’s AI-powered solutions in front of enterprise decision-makers and accelerate our growth trajectory. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact at a company that’s both established and rapidly evolving – leading the AI revolution in Knowledge Management.

Job Responsibility:

Drive market strategy and execute go-to-market strategies
Create compelling content for outbound campaigns, events, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership
Shape digital presence including website messaging and content strategy
Enable sales success with sales enablement materials, presentations, and tools
Be the voice of the market through competitive analysis and market insights
Plan and execute product launches

Requirements:

7-10 years of software product marketing experience
Strong track record in Enterprise SaaS environments
Scale-up expertise, ideally taking a company from $100M to $500M and beyond
Full-spectrum product marketing skills (sales enablement, digital marketing, event execution)
Growth mindset with experimentation in new tools, channels, and approaches
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Exceptional communication skills to distill complex technical concepts
Data-driven approach using metrics and insights
