Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and growth for the HPE Cloud Ops Suite — a unified portfolio including HPE Morpheus, HPE OpsRamp, and HPE Zerto. You’ll define the Cloud Ops Suite’s value narrative, align it to HPE’s hybrid cloud and AI strategy, and partner across Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive awareness, repeatable sales motions, and pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software product marketing, ideally spanning observability, hybrid cloud, automation, or resilience
  • Proven success owning GTM strategy and driving measurable growth for software products or suites
  • Expertise building positioning, messaging, and enablement that accelerates awareness and sales alignment
  • Strong cross-functional leadership — can influence and align Product, Sales, and Campaign teams around shared outcomes
  • Excellent storyteller and communicator — comfortable driving clarity from complexity
  • Track record of launching high-impact campaigns and programs that connect strategy to pipeline
  • Experience at a large enterprise or scaled B2B tech company (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, SaaS) a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or similar strategic marketing background preferred
