The Director, SSO Commercialisation plays a critical leadership role in defining, executing, and scaling the go-to-market and revenue growth strategies for Mastercard’s Security Solutions. This highly visible position requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of sales and/or sales enablement. Applicants should have good commercial acumen, and a proven track record of driving business growth in a fast-paced, global and regional environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Asia Pacific development and execution of the sales strategy for Mastercard’s Security Services, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and market needs
Design and implement effective go-to-market plans, including pricing, reporting & analytics, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize adoption and revenue growth
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and inform product and service offerings
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive cross-functional alignment and execution
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial initiatives, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Serve as a voice of the customer, ensuring Mastercard’s Security Solutions address real-world challenges and deliver value to clients
Represent Mastercard Security Services at industry events, conferences, and with key clients, establishing the company as a leader in security innovation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in commercial, sales or sales enablement roles within security services, technology, or payments industries
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex security products or services
Understanding of cybersecurity trends, risks, and regulatory environments
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-performing teams in a global matrixed environment
