Job Description

This job leads product management activities for specific programs or product groups, driving a team of specialists and managers. It requires keeping leadership informed of key developments and challenges. The role is pivotal in shaping product strategy and team performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Directing the overall policies and goals for the product management department, setting strategic direction for product groups
  • Establishing new product strategies, applying expertise in cutting-edge product technologies to reflect market demands
  • Defining, developing, and implementing standard operational frameworks to streamline product management processes
  • Coordinating with sales and marketing to assess and address client needs and industry requirements effectively
  • Managing profit and loss or budgetary aspects of assigned products, ensuring financial objectives are met
  • Overseeing the development of new products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market expectations
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive product support documentation and materials for product education and marketing
  • Managing the entire lifecycle of products and services, from inception to retirement, ensuring continuous alignment with strategy
  • Demonstrating exceptional project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to strategic specifications
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
