Job Responsibility
Directing the overall policies and goals for the product management department, setting strategic direction for product groups
Establishing new product strategies, applying expertise in cutting-edge product technologies to reflect market demands
Defining, developing, and implementing standard operational frameworks to streamline product management processes
Coordinating with sales and marketing to assess and address client needs and industry requirements effectively
Managing profit and loss or budgetary aspects of assigned products, ensuring financial objectives are met
Overseeing the development of new products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market expectations
Creating and maintaining comprehensive product support documentation and materials for product education and marketing
Managing the entire lifecycle of products and services, from inception to retirement, ensuring continuous alignment with strategy
Demonstrating exceptional project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to strategic specifications
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
