Job Responsibility

  • Drives the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for unified platform initiatives
  • Ensures collaboration across product teams creating personalized consumer-facing experiences using common capabilities
  • Enhances user experience and efficiency by rapidly delivering enhancements and evaluating new solutions and services
  • Develops and maintains a solid knowledge of the needs of customers, clients, competitors, and the industry

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience to include directly managing a digital product
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field. 5+ years minimum of additional experience would be considered in lieu of applicable degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative user feedback and analysis
  • Familiarity with behavioral analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms
  • Fluency in creating flow diagrams and other visual artifacts
