Job Description:

Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Nurture & Growth Engine portfolio. Define and deliver the roadmap that accelerates member engagement across the platform, with a focus on activating and nurturing lower-intent members who are not yet ready for care. Steward critical horizontal capabilities that underpin our growth ecosystem, ensuring we scale the products, systems, and experiences that drive sustained member activation and retention. Lead a team of five Product Managers and partner cross-functionally with leaders across the organization.
