Job Description

Oversee and reimagine core operational engines including proprietary user operations and support platform (Tarmac) and risk and compliance review engine (ROME). Transform human-driven workflow tools into highly automated, AI-first systems to break linear scaling of operational headcount with business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Define the AI-First Vision for Business Applications portfolio
  • Decouple headcount from growth by identifying AI opportunities
  • Drive ecosystem integration with Salesforce and campaign management systems
