Requirements:
15+ years of experience in leading and growing high performing product management teams
10+ years of experience managing complex, global-scale projects
Experience running CEO-level reviews and shaping the evolution of the company’s business model
Experience initiating and driving strategic projects to completion with minimal guidance
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions
Experience managing and scaling organizations
Nice to have:
Proficiency in using AI tools as part of day-to-day product development and general productivity workflows
Track record of successfully executing strategy in APAC
Experience in a consumer focused technology company
Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g. risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
