Meta Product Management Leaders work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial and hands-on Product Management Leaders to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company and that know how to enable progress at a high pace. The PM Director for XF APAC Products will be responsible for leading a portfolio of product workstreams that span commercial monetization, consumer app experimentation, and collaboration with the Manus AI team as part of our Singapore tech site. This is a forward-leaning, AI-first team that is leading the company’s efforts to redesign our product development workflows for greater speed and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Attract, build, manage, and develop a talent dense team of product leaders
  • Establish shared product vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to execution
  • Drive product development with a team of AI-native engineers and designers
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 12+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
  • 8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing skilled product leaders
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in using AI tools as part of day-to-day product development and general productivity workflows
  • Track record of successfully executing strategy in APAC
  • Experience in a consumer focused technology company
