The PM Director for XF APAC Products will be responsible for leading a portfolio of product workstreams that span commercial monetization, consumer app experimentation, and collaboration with the Manus AI team as part of our Singapore tech site. This is a forward-leaning, AI-first team that is leading the company’s efforts to redesign our product development workflows for greater speed and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in leading and growing high performing product management teams
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex, global-scale projects
  • Experience running CEO-level reviews and shaping the evolution of the company’s business model
  • Experience initiating and driving strategic projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions
  • Experience managing and scaling organizations

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in using AI tools as part of day-to-day product development and general productivity workflows
