We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Management Leaders to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company, value moving quickly, and drive AI transformation across their organizations. The PM Director for XF APAC Products will be responsible for leading a portfolio of product workstreams that span commercial monetization, consumer app experimentation, and collaboration with the Manus AI team as part of our Singapore tech site. This is a forward-leaning, AI-first team that is leading the company’s efforts to redesign our product development workflows for greater speed and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Vision & Strategy: Is the primary driver for identifying and shaping transformative, long-term opportunities across multiple large Product areas or portfolios, setting vision and strategy that influences Meta’s broader organizational and industry direction
  • Generates buy-in and drives consensus across multiple organizations and senior leadership, bringing clarity and structure to highly ambiguous, company-level opportunities
  • consistently demonstrates initiative and executes with minimal oversight, often setting new standards
  • Set the standard for critically evaluating when AI is (and isn't) the optimal solution across product portfolios
  • Champion AI-native strategies including comprehensive evals and data strategies that enable org-wide excellence
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented team of product managers and product leaders with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds—with emphasis on AI-native capabilities
  • Reimagine workflows, responsibly using AI tools to transform team velocity and capability at organizational scale
  • Foster a of rapid experimentation and learning that becomes a competitive advantage for the organization
  • Scale AI best practices (including responsible AI use), workflows, and artifacts across teams so organizational capability compounds over time
  • Execution & Prioritization: Orchestrate complex execution across multiple teams and organizations by combining AI automation with strategic human oversight
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm
  • Set expectations for PM technical capability, including use of AI-enabled tools to build products
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Ensure teams understand system/architecture trade-offs and how they impact user experience and business outcomes
  • Communication: Express complex and technical concepts at the right altitude, choosing the right medium and level of detail for executive, engineering, and cross-functional audiences
  • Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
  • Measurement & Impact: Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Establish evaluation (evals) as a first-class product practice across teams for AI-powered experiences

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in leading and growing high performing product management teams
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex, global-scale projects
  • Experience running CEO-level reviews and shaping the evolution of the company’s business model
  • Experience initiating and driving strategic projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions
  • Experience managing and scaling organizations

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in using AI tools as part of day-to-day product development and general productivity workflows
