Job Responsibility:
Product Vision & Strategy: Lead the vision and strategy for the ODIN product suite to ensure delivery of a high quality product with strong alignment to customer value and enable sales
Design & Engineering Partnership: Manage a team of design and engineering resources to create well-designed, user-centric products that exceed business goals
Strategic Execution: Able to seamlessly navigate between high-level strategic thinking and practical implementation, translating big ideas into tangible products
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Marketing, Infrastructure) to enable the development and go-to-market of the ODIN suite in a manner that meets business goals while protecting the Mozilla brand
Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key product metrics to inform key decisions and prioritization of features and new products
Effective Communication: Clearly articulate product plans, benefits, and outcomes to a wide range of audiences, including internal partners, leadership, employees, and users
Industry Awareness: Stay current with AI and cybersecurity trends and other relevant emerging technologies to drive innovation and grow ODIN’s position in the market
Thought Leadership: Manage a small team of researchers and community leaders to maintain and grow the ODIN Bug Bounty program and identify and communicate externally key insights and jailbreaks that drive more interest in ODIN
Requirements:
7+ years of product management experience, with a successful track record
5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry or demonstrable depth of knowledge in the cybersecurity industry
4+ years of experience of PM management, with evidence of strong people leadership capabilities
Proven experience building and scaling early stage products, shaping the product based on customer and market insights, finding product market fit and driving growth
Strong understanding of AI threat models and safety concerns, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, model exfiltration, data leakage, and abuse of generative models
Ability to define and own product metrics to prioritize roadmap and drive confidence in the product strategy
Comfort representing the product externally via thought leadership, podcasts, conferences and other platforms
