Job Description

Abridge is hiring a product design leader to lead the product vision, strategy, craft quality, and execution for the core Abridge experience. You will manage a team of PDs and partner closely with engineering, Product, UXR, ML, and clinical leaders. You will set the bar for design quality, guide our exploration and execution roadmaps, and ensure we deliver the table stakes and differentiated design required to win the market.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of product design experience
  • Experience managing product designers
  • Track record of hiring and scaling high performance product design teams
  • Strong craft fluency across product thinking, interaction design, visual design, design systems, communication, & AI prototyping
  • Ability to balance long term vision with near term improvements and constraints
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex clinician workflows into clear narratives
  • A leader who is motivated by ambiguity, moves fast, and inspires others

  • Worked in clinical, healthcare, or regulated environments
