Job Description

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will be the analytical cornerstone of our SaaS products, Data Productivity Cloud and Maia. We are looking for a Player-Coach; a seasoned expert who can deliver sophisticated analysis while mentoring a small, dedicated team. Your work will directly measure, understand, and optimise usage, adoption, and the business impact across our entire product suite.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive quantifiable business impact by measuring, understanding, and optimising the usage and adoption of our SaaS products, Data Productivity Cloud and Maia
  • Be the primary analytical expert, applying deep statistical analysis, experimentation, and advanced techniques to large product telemetry datasets
  • Drive Product-Led Growth success by translating data insights into actions that directly influence key product metrics and adoption motions
  • Be the data storyteller, creating executive-ready insights through high-quality visualisations, presentations, and compelling narratives
  • Act as a Player-Coach, maintaining a primary hands-on contribution while mentoring and guiding a small team of junior analysts/data engineers

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Product Analytics or Data Science with a proven track record of driving quantifiable business impact
  • Deep expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation, and advanced analytics techniques
  • The ability to analyse massive datasets from product telemetry (event streams, logs) and testing
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, mastering data visualisation and storytelling
  • An expert with strong product instincts, able to take a loose analytical brief and execute autonomously

Nice to have

Experience with Python, Snowflake, or ThoughtSpot
