Job Description

Marriott International is seeking a Director, Procurement Reporting to lead enterprise procurement reporting and analytics. This role sets the vision, operating model, and standards for how Enterprise Procurement measures performance, governs KPIs, and delivers executive-ready insights that drive decisions and results. You will own Procurement KPI governance end-to-end—setting metric definitions, data standards, controls, and an operating cadence for performance reviews—and ensure KPI integrity across savings, SLAs, ESG, and other strategic measures. As the business owner for procurement reporting tools, you will lead the roadmap for scalable, self-service analytics and dashboards (including Power BI), driving automation, data quality, and consistent executive storytelling. You will partner closely with Enterprise Procurement teams—including Category Management and Contracting—to deliver market intelligence, should-cost analysis, and Power BI dashboards that inform sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier performance management, and executive communications.

Job Responsibility

  • Set the enterprise reporting strategy for Procurement—defining what is measured, how performance is communicated, and how insights are operationalized across savings, SLAs, ESG, and other priority outcomes
  • Own Procurement KPI governance, including metric definitions, data lineage and stewardship, controls, and performance-review cadence to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clear accountability
  • Serve as business owner for procurement reporting technology and tools
  • lead the Power BI roadmap (dashboards, semantic models, and self-service analytics), driving automation, data quality, visualization standards, and user enablement at scale
  • Partner with Category Management and Contracting teams to deliver market intelligence, should-cost analyses, and supplier/category performance metrics that inform sourcing strategies and negotiations
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communications for senior leaders and stakeholders
  • ensure reporting is decision-oriented and aligned to business priorities

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ business management experience in a global organization with increasing management responsibility and history of consistently delivering business results
  • Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, data analysis, and senior-facing reporting) and PowerPoint skills (executive storytelling and insight-driven presentations) are required
  • Advanced Power BI capability is preferred (dashboard design, data modeling, and DAX)
