Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a data-driven marketing analytics and machine learning strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Machine Learning Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation, lead scoring, churn prediction, recommendation systems, and marketing attribution
  • Marketing Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer journey insights
  • Customer Insights & Segmentation: Apply advanced analytics to enhance customer segmentation, contextualization, and targeting strategies
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions and provide actionable insights
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and engineering teams to integrate analytics solutions into business processes
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations and best practices
  • Emerging Trends & Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in AI, machine learning, and marketing analytics to drive innovation

Requirements:

  • 10+ years professional experience including relevant experience in applying insights-driven strategic analytics to complex business problems, developing high-impact management and operational reporting, and ensuring robust underlying data infrastructure in high volume transactional data environment
  • Experience managing highly skilled and effective direct reports team
  • Relevant experience preferred in one or more of the following (or related) categories: telecommunications, consumer electronics, banking, economics
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative concentration (Finance, Engineering, Economics, Statistics)
  • Masters Preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively across team and organizational boundaries to drive and develop consensus
  • Strong communication and people skills
