Job Description:

Responsible for the management of the Program Management Office (PMO), including personnel management. Develops and delivers a PMO that can effectively set standards; provides an overall program management strategy; provides direct program management and consulting, as necessary; builds and maintains organizational knowledge as it relates to the function of managing projects and programs. May direct multiple teams of professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides leadership and management to the Scrum Master / Team Coach team
  • Executes and oversees Scaled Agile Delivery processes
  • Develops cross-functional plans, objectives and strategies
  • Champion Agile practices and SAFe principles across the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement through SAFe Measure and Grow approach
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in scaled agile methodologies
  • Own the organization and prioritization of the technology portfolio
  • Implement data-driven processes for portfolio transparency and decision-making
  • Work with Executives and Internal stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate regular sessions
  • Present insights and recommendations that influence strategic technology decisions
