  • 5+ years of leadership experience with experience in scaling international, cross-functional teams and managing significant multi-million euro marketing budgets
  • A deep understanding of modern performance ecosystems combined with a passion for home & living, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes while respecting a premium brand's identity
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, data interpretation, and modern measurement frameworks (attribution, MMM, incrementality testing)
  • Readiness to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and international environment with a strong drive to innovate and take Westwing to the next level
  • Fluency in English and German to ensure seamless collaboration with diverse local and international stakeholders
