Requirements

  • Own and drive the national sales funnel for CM
  • Create a structured pipeline from existing JLL channels
  • Establish a clear funnel governance model to capture, qualify, and convert opportunities
  • Partner with city-specific Sales SPOCs and PDS leaders to unlock new market opportunities beyond inbound and existing accounts
  • Co-create city-tailored GTM strategies
  • Enable city teams with target account lists, sector-specific narratives, and pursuit strategies
  • Lead end-to-end solutioning for complex pursuits—aligning client objectives, project constraints, timelines, and commercial expectations
  • Strategize and position the right JLL value proposition—integrating design excellence, cost certainty, delivery capability, risk management, and lifecycle value
  • Track pitch progress through defined stage gates, ensuring momentum, accountability, and timely decision-making
  • Drive regular internal reviews and touchpoints with regional and national leadership to incorporate insights, course corrections, and strategic direction
  • A comprehensive MIS reporting setup to track and forecast CM pipeline
  • Predict trends and chart out focus areas basis the same
  • Tracker of all ongoing and upcoming pitches with overview of key milestones and stakeholder action accountability
  • Asset specific and city specific capability deck standardization
  • Identify, codify, and replicate successful pitch strategies, pricing models, and differentiation levers from other cities and sectors
