Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Partner Network Head - India to lead and scale our manufacturing partner ecosystem specifically within the Indian market. This role is critical to expanding our supply base in India, ensuring partner success, and enabling the fulfillment of customer orders for both domestic and global demand. You will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance management to create a resilient, high-performing network.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network throughout India
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to identify and onboard high-quality partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding
  • Establish efficient onboarding and training programs to ensure Indian partners are equipped to succeed on the Xometry platform
  • Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across metrics such as quality, delivery, and responsiveness
  • Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement programs to elevate the capabilities of local manufacturing partners
  • Collaborate with Product and Quality teams to address performance gaps and enhance service delivery
  • Align Indian partner supply with global and local demand to optimize costs, lead times, and quality
  • Drive network effects by fostering healthy competition and strategic capacity planning among Indian manufacturers
  • Work cross-functionally with Global Operations and Sales to support order routing and fulfillment
  • Lead and mentor the India-based Partner Network and acquisition teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Serve as the 'voice of the Indian partner' internally, providing insights that support local partner health and growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or B2B marketplace leadership
  • Proven track record of building and scaling supply networks specifically within the Indian manufacturing landscape
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies (CNC, Injection Molding, etc.) and sourcing dynamics
  • Experience with supplier development programs and performance management systems
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
  • Fluency in English is required
  • proficiency in local Indian languages is a significant plus
  • Willingness to travel within India (25%)

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment
  • Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 technologies
