Job Description:

As our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator at California Hospital you will direct the operations of our ASC in Downtown Los Angeles. Our Surgery Center has 3 operating rooms and averages 200 cases a month, and provides outpatient surgical services for eyes, ortho, plastics, and pain management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct the operations of our ASC in Downtown Los Angeles
  • Work with our Sr. Director Periop and Procedural services on strategy, growth, performance improvement, patient experience and other key initiatives
  • Lead a team of front-line leaders and staff to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in healthcare operations, ambulatory surgery, or outpatient services

Nice to have:

Master's Degree
