Job Description:

The ORM Data Governance is a senior level role managing a team responsible for ORM Data Governance and Data Operations. This role is responsible for adopting the enterprise data governance strategy and/or Data Risk and Controls framework and roadmap, including alignment with related enterprise-wide and business/function/region data governance documentation for Operational Risk Management.

Job Responsibility:

Full management responsibility for a team
Liaise with business/function/regional partners to understand and align Data Governance
Manage and lead ORM Data Governance
Ongoing management of ORM owned Critical Data elements, Data Quality Rules and DQ Scorecards
Effectively lead change in an organization with Citigroup’s size, scale and complexity

Requirements:

15+ years relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services
8-10+ years' managerial experience leading cross-functional teams
Strategic mindset
Excellent communication skills
Experience leveraging the processes and principles of change management
Understanding of the overall regulatory environment
Working knowledge of Citi’s Data Operating Model
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred and managerial experience/MBA

Nice to have:

Experience creating and executing against frameworks that improve the quality and value of data to meet regulatory commitments and enhance risk management
Experience leveraging glossary, lineage, and data quality tools to drive governance
Experience creating and being a champion for a positive risk culture
