We are looking for an experienced finance leader to guide operational controllership activities across North America. In this role, you will shape financial oversight, strengthen reporting accuracy, and partner with senior leaders to improve business performance. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on operational support, helping the organization manage risk, enhance efficiency, and build processes that can support continued growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead financial governance across North American operations, ensuring reliable reporting, disciplined controls, and consistent adherence to company standards
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to provide leadership with clear insight into operational results and future business outlook
Direct month-end close activities and review financial results for accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
Partner with operations, supply chain, and executive stakeholders to evaluate performance trends, address variances, and support informed decision-making
Guide manufacturing and cost accounting practices, including cost analysis and profitability evaluation across business activities
Identify control gaps, business risks, and process inefficiencies, then implement improvements that strengthen compliance and operating effectiveness
Develop scalable reporting tools and workflows that improve visibility into key metrics and support regional growth objectives
Lead, coach, and develop finance team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Support the execution of operational or financial process changes when needed, ensuring minimal disruption and strong control discipline throughout implementation
Requirements:
Extensive experience in controllership, operational finance, or division finance leadership within a complex business environment
Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and broader cost accounting principles
Proven ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
Experience building and maintaining internal controls, compliance practices, and performance management processes
Effective leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and partnering across multiple functions
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence working closely with senior leadership
