Job Description

The Director, Sales Operations for Crocs Wholesale is responsible for leading and owning the sales operations strategy and execution across North America, enabling scalable processes, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. This role drives alignment cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain to optimize wholesale performance, drive go-to-market readiness, and ensure compliance with company policies. Reporting into Sales leadership, this role leads a high-performing team and shapes long-term operational strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop the North America Wholesale Sales Operations team, setting clear performance goals, KPIs, and incentive structures to drive results
  • Establish and optimize end-to-end wholesale operational processes, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and scalability across the business
  • Drive sales analytics, reporting, and insights to support data-informed decision-making and business performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to support seasonal Go-To-Market execution and operational readiness
  • Oversee marketplace management, including pricing strategy, online policy enforcement, and customer discount governance
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales systems, customer data, and reporting tools
  • Build strong internal relationships and influence stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve issues, and implement new processes
  • Lead governance and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational standards, and contractual obligations
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing the strategy and executing logistics for all Market Launches and Trade Shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in wholesale, retail, or sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and build strong organizational capability
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving operational strategy and process optimization
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing complex systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives
