Your mission: Turn our VIP function into a commercial engine that defines the future of high-value player experience in crypto gambling. As Director of VIP, you will own the entire VIP business line -from revenue and portfolio performance to team leadership, operational design, and commercial strategy. You will build a predictable, scalable, data-driven VIP revenue engine that fuels Gamdom’s next era of growth.

  • Own full P&L for the VIP segment, driving revenue growth and margin efficiency
  • Build a structured portfolio model where every VIP Manager runs a measurable book of business
  • Transform VIP from reactive service to a predictable, revenue-producing function
  • Develop segmentation frameworks for whales, high-potential players, and churn-risk cohorts
  • Improve bonus efficiency to maximize sustainable value
  • Build and lead a high-performance VIP organization
  • Hire, upgrade, and restructure talent as needed - you own the team and the standards
  • Create a culture of portfolio ownership and commercial accountability
  • Coach managers in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic retention
  • Maintain communication standards aligned with Gamdom’s premium, crypto-native brand
  • Build personalized engagement frameworks using behavioral and predictive data
  • Identify and act on key player inflection moments
  • Lead proactive reactivation and retention initiatives
  • Ensure all touchpoints are discreet, instant, frictionless, and commercially smart
  • Partner with Product & Data to develop dashboards, triggers, and CRM capabilities
  • Influence product roadmap, promo structures, and lifecycle strategy
  • Ensure VIP priorities move through the organization without friction
  • Define and track critical KPIs: revenue per manager, LTV growth, churn conversion, bonus performance, etc
  • Build forecasting models for value trajectories and revenue predictability
  • Systematize workflows, SOPs, and review cycles to enable scale
