Our client, a recognized leader in the risk and advisory space is hiring a Director of Treasury (Banking Operations) in NYC. The position will support one of the fastest-growing segments of the business. It’s a newly created role, designed to lead a team as well as critical accounting and finance functions. The Director of Treasury (Banking Operations) will be highly visible, collaborating with senior leaders and internal business units.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a global team supporting reconciliations, distributions, banking relationships, and reporting
  • Oversee large-scale payments (ACH, wire, check, digital payments) with strong controls
  • Manage banking and treasury relationships
  • Own reconciliations, reporting, and operational KPIs
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability initiatives
