Job Description

The Director of Transaction Services will lead and grow our Transaction Advisory practice by driving strategic initiatives to expand service offerings, strengthening market presence, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on complex transaction matters. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, cultivating client relationships, and leveraging an established professional network to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • CPA, CFA, or similar credentials strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in transaction advisory services, public accounting, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in business development and practice growth
  • Proven leadership experience, including team building, management, and talent development
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
