Develop and execute long-term training strategies, objectives, and milestones aligned with the Training Operations Group (TOG) mission
Lead, assign, and oversee training projects, defining scope, schedules, constraints, and budget requirements
Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to TOG staff, instructors, contractors, role players, and support personnel
Design, develop, and maintain industry- and government-compliant curricula, including training plans, instructor guides, presentations, scenarios, exercises, assessments, and course materials
Direct accreditation, certification, and licensing processes for training programs as required
Manage and support global training programs, including instruction, logistics, procurement, travel coordination, and operational execution
Collaborate with internal leadership, departments, instructors, vendors, government entities, and partners to ensure training completion, compliance, and best practices
Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course deployment, reporting, learning paths, records, and compliance databases
Track key performance indicators, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion and continuous improvement
Support business development efforts by consulting with clients and partners, identifying training opportunities, and contributing to new and existing training programs
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle while conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Must be legally eligible to possess a firearm
Minimum of ten (10) years of combined operational experience in military special operations, conventional military, law enforcement, or state-licensed armed security professions
Minimum of one (1) year of experience supervising a training staff of five (5) or more personnel
Minimum of three (3) years of documented experience in the use and application of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and/or the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) models
Minimum of three (3) years of documented experience as an instructor in a military, law enforcement, or licensed security training program
Formal Training Program Management experience
Professional or educational background in Executive Protection operations
Experience developing training strategies, including milestones and learning objectives
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
Ability to seamlessly interact with a diverse corporate culture and team environment
Nice to have
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification from ASIS
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience developing online and web-based training programs
Graduate of an Executive Protection training school
Current First Aid / CPR / AED certification
Continued education in criminal justice, education, or related field of study
