Job Responsibility
Drive revenue while ensuring full stadia and broad public access to tickets
Develop and lead the strategic vision, pricing and go to market approach for the ticketing function, including management of a complex, large scale pricing strategy across the Games programme
Support the ticketing technology solution, including the identification, contract execution, and management of the Ticketing System Provider
Drive the development of a secondary market strategy, including partner identification and contract negotiations
Ensure a robust, data-driven approach to all ticketing activities and client servicing
Oversee the development and execution of a business plan designed to deliver hospitality revenue
Manage the partnership with the Official Hospitality Provider and help supervise all internal and external hospitality staff
Support the creation of hospitality programs tailored specifically to partners, the IOC/IPC, and international federations
Develop and implement master communications, marketing, and sales plans for the hospitality program
Establish close working relationships with key functional areas, especially Venues, Infrastructure, and Sport, to maximise revenue while supporting overall Games strategy
Manage relationships between the IOC, the Hospitality provider, and various Functional Areas to deliver the entire hospitality strategy and operations
Lead multiple sub functions, building a high performing team and ensuring effective management of dedicated supplier resources
Develop a clear growth plan for the department from the present through to Games time
Develop and strictly adhere to a departmental budget with clear steps to implement, monitor, and measure deliverables
Requirements
Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and proven success at building excellent working relationships
Experience working with senior executives across multiple functional areas
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
Experience of contributing to and delivering on revenue goals
Experience leveraging creativity and innovation to create unparalleled event experiences for diverse groups of stakeholders and attendees
