Director of Technical Accounting – Northshore, MA (Hybrid). We’re partnering with a leading investment firm to hire a Director of Technical Accounting. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, working on complex transactions and partnering closely with senior leadership. This position will pay between 150-200K on a base salary plus bonus and offers a hybrid 3/2 schedule. Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate accounting for complex transactions (M&A, equity method, partnerships)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
  • 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong technical accounting exposure

  • Experience with complex structures (investments, partnerships, equity) a big plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical guidance into practical solutions
