Robert Half is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring initiatives and deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet business goals and ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, promoting best practices and optimizing processes
  • Partner with executive leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure workforce alignment
  • Drive employer branding efforts
  • represent the company at industry events and through digital channels to attract top talent
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding for all positions, fostering a positive candidate experience
  • Leverage analytics to monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in managing recruitment for multiple functions and overseeing large teams
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies at scale
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing, and talent analytics
