Job Responsibility

  • Produce the overall company's Business Strategy, with the leadership team, translating into functional strategies and targets for the company
  • Translate high-level corporate vision & strategy into executable actions
  • Manage the business planning cycle, integrating strategic plans into segments/channels/ functional plans and planning horizons of 12 - 18 months ensuring high quality output
  • Provide Egypt’s contribution to Group strategy development process and act as a liaison between the Group strategy function and the the company's Executive team
  • Report on top strategic programmes identified as imperative for the company
  • Formulate & implement strategic plans to capture new business opportunities
  • Develop & maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
  • Identify and secure strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance the company’s portfolio and market reach
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and business development
  • Develop Strategic alliances and joint ventures to drive innovation, market expansion and competitive advantage
  • Develop & implement a strategic M&A roadmap aligned with company long-term objectives
