We are seeking a grounded and strategic leader to join our leadership team and expand our ecosystem of alliances with key platform players. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing partnerships, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution. In this role, you will own and deepen relationships with platform partners, shape joint go-to-market strategies, and drive measurable growth through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities. You will work across sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between partnerships and business goals, while representing our firm authentically in the marketplace. This is both a strategic and highly engaged role: as a member of the leadership team, you will shape long-term growth while also directly engaging with partner executives, co-leading initiatives, and holding the organization accountable to outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Serve on the leadership team shaping company growth, partnership strategy, and market direction
Own partnership performance metrics, including pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and partner satisfaction
Evaluate and pursue new partnership opportunities that expand market presence or deepen industry specialization, and provide recommendations to leadership
Own and deepen relationships with partner account executives, alliance leaders, and field teams across Quickbase, Mendix, and Procore, focusing on trust and long - term value
Meet regularly with partner executives and field teams to reinforce trust, alignment, and shared objectives
Represent the company on partner advisory boards, at industry events, and in strategic forums as a credible and grounded voice for our brand and capabilities
Serve as the escalation point for critical partnership issues, resolving challenges quickly with a solutions-first approach
Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, balancing strategic vision and tactical execution across co-marketing, solution development, and field enablement
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth through intentional collaboration and shared goals, and clear reporting mechanisms
Track, monitor, and report on partnership performance metrics, including pipeline and revenue contribution, to ensure accountability and tangible business outcomes
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and delivery leaders to ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and business objectives
Mentor internal teams on how to effectively leverage partner relationships to strengthen client value and growth
Foster a culture of collaboration and trust across all partnership engagements
Regularly assess the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and refine approaches to maximize impact
Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the partner ecosystem
Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and partner experience
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel management
Demonstrated success managing alliances or ecosystems within enterprise platforms or SaaS
Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, enterprise SaaS, or industry-specific solutions in construction, manufacturing, or finance
High emotional intelligence and ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships
Strong track record of driving measurable business growth through partnerships
Executive-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance strategy with operational execution
Bachelor’s degree required
