Spearhead the property’s customer strategy and database marketing initiatives
Drive profitable growth through innovative advertising and community-focused marketing efforts

Partner with Director of Casino Marketing to oversee Database Marketing, Advertising, Creative, and Community Outreach functions
Shape comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple channels ensuring maximum ROI and customer interaction

Requirements
Public relations and customer service skills
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
Strong understanding of casino industry trends, consumer behavior and competitive dynamics
Strategic and analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving
Strong business acumen and financial literacy with experience managing marketing budgets and resources effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
Five to seven years of progressive senior marketing leadership experience within the casino/hotel industry or a related entertainment or hospitality environment with direct accountability for revenue generation and growth performance
Advanced expertise in CRM and database marketing leveraging segmentation, predictive modeling, and reinvestment optimization to drive profitable player growth
strong analytical fluency with marketing performance dashboards, reinvestment ratios, ROI metrics, and control group testing methodologies
