We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Social & Paid Media to provide interim leadership for our social and influencer team. This role oversees strategy, paid social execution (primarily Meta and TikTok), and influencer marketing programs across a diverse portfolio of national and franchise brands. The ideal candidate is a 'player-coach' who can manage a team and maintain high-level client relationships while ensuring tactical execution remains flawless.
Job Responsibility
Team Leadership: Manage and direct the social media and influencer team, setting weekly priorities, workflows, and deliverables while maintaining quality control
Paid Social Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta boosting campaigns
monitor performance metrics (CPM, CPC, ROI) and manage budget allocations
Influencer Management: Guide influencer campaign planning, creator selection, and negotiations, ensuring all partnerships meet brand standards
Strategic Client Lead: Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, participating in client calls and translating high-level goals into actionable social strategies
Optimization: Refine KPIs, reporting frameworks, and internal workflows to improve execution and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns
Requirements
3+ years of leadership experience in social media marketing
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram boosting)
Influencer Marketing: Proven track record managing influencer programs and partnerships
Agency Experience: Background managing multiple clients simultaneously in an agency or multi-location environment
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable reporting insights
Nice to have
Experience with franchise or multi-location brands (QSR, retail, etc.)
Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Sprinklr, Plannable, or Uberall)
