As Director of Social Media at 321, you'll lead the agency's social media department — setting the strategic direction, managing and growing the team, and ensuring our clients' social presence is driving real audience growth and business impact. You'll be the senior voice in the room on organic social strategy, content frameworks, platform trends, and community-driven brand building. This is a leadership role first. You'll guide a team of social media strategists and content creators while staying close enough to the work to coach with authority, ensure quality, and push the creative bar higher. You'll partner cross-functionally with paid media, creative, and client strategy to ensure social isn't operating in a silo — it's an integrated engine in the broader marketing stack.
