Job Responsibility:
Drive business development initiatives and strategies to secure funding, resources, and partnerships that support our mission and growth goals
Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Build and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners, government agencies, community organisations, and corporate partners
Embrace and advocate for Waythrough’s mission, values, and objectives, demonstrating unwavering dedication to improving the lives of individuals and communities
Exhibit a deep passion for making a positive impact, with a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and driving positive change
Requirements:
Proven senior leadership experience within the non-profit, health, or social care sector
Significant experience in drug and alcohol services, with a strong understanding of substance use treatment and recovery pathways
A strong track record in business development, contract management, and securing funding
Experience working with commissioners and statutory partners
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire diverse audiences
Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
A deep commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion
