We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Service – London to lead our regional operations and drive strategic growth. As a senior leader at Waythrough, you will shape service delivery, strengthen partnerships, and champion innovation to ensure we continue delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Proven senior leadership experience within the non-profit, health, or social care sector
  • Significant experience in drug and alcohol services, with a strong understanding of substance use treatment and recovery pathways
  • A strong track record in business development, contract management, and securing funding
  • Experience working with commissioners and statutory partners
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
  • A deep commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion
