Requirements

  • Proven senior leadership experience within the non-profit, health, or social care sector
  • Significant experience in drug and alcohol services, with a strong understanding of substance use treatment and recovery pathways

  • Experience working with commissioners and statutory partners
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
