Job Responsibility:
Deliver a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with long-term business goals and organic growth KPIs
Lead and develop the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance targets
Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure pricing and contract terms support sustainable margins
Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility to the CEO and Group leadership
Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to increase market penetration
Build, retain, and restructure the sales organisation to ensure capability and performance at every level
Requirements:
Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior sales leadership roles
Proven ability to drive organic growth and achieve exacting targets in complex circumstances
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification
Expert at using data and market insights to drive decision-making and strategy
Comfortable operating with investor-level scrutiny and a continuous improvement mindset
Must drive & be able to access all offices (predominantly in the South of England) (All expenses paid)
