Job Responsibility:
Leading and managing the proactive sales team with a focus on MICE
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for both hotels
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and active networking
Attending customer events, trade shows, and sales missions to generate new business
Conducting sales visits and supporting contract negotiations
Preparing proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic direction
Collaborating with Revenue Management to maximize revenue and support forecasting
Ensuring excellent customer service before, during, and after events
Integrating guest feedback to continuously improve service quality
Direct reporting line to the Director of Sales & Marketing
Requirements:
Completed degree or vocational training in hotel management, sales, or a related field
Several years of experience in proactive sales, ideally with a MICE focus
Proven leadership experience and strong team management skills
Strategic thinking, organizational talent, and excellent communication skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Passion for sales, customer engagement, and team development
Confident presence, negotiation skills, and results-oriented mindset
