As Director of Sales, you'll shape and execute our regional sales strategy while leading a high-performing team to drive growth through strategic client relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Build and inspire a consultative sales team focused on expanding Mirakl's presence through new customer acquisition across the Americas
Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Mirakl's corporate objectives, maintaining deep knowledge of market trends in eCommerce and enterprise software
Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders at the VP, EVP, and C-suite levels, acting as executive sponsor for strategic prospects and customers
Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent while fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, clear communication, and accountability using MEDDPIC and Challenger sales methodologies
Partner with marketing, business development, alliances, and cross-functional teams to build pipeline, conduct forecast reviews, and report on sales activity and revenue performance
Requirements:
10+ years of successful enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with significant focus on large enterprise accounts
3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing account sales teams
Proven track record leading and growing a region or territory through net new business acquisition
Extensive hands-on experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong executive presence with demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers
eCommerce, marketplace, or digital commerce experience strongly preferred
