We're scaling fast, and we're hiring a Director of Sales to build our revenue engine.

Job Responsibility

  • Master customer pain points and clearly position Intentwise as the obvious solution
  • Effectively demo the product when needed, even if it is not required in every engagement
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Own and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Establish a repeatable and predictable enterprise sales motion
  • Partner closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive success

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including people leadership responsibilities
  • Proven success in closing and scaling large enterprise deals with brands and agencies
  • Strong experience selling analytics, data, or retail media platforms
  • A player-coach mindset with high standards, ownership, and accountability
  • E-commerce experience preferred, including platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
