Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, the position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Sales team, assisting in sales strategy development, driving revenue growth, and supporting the resort's market positioning.
Job Responsibility:
Providing leadership and direction to the Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
Assisting in the development of sales strategies and overseeing the execution of plans and tactics to increase direct revenue across all segments
Driving revenue growth by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
Ensuring revenues meet or exceed budgeted targets to maximize profitability
Supporting the enhancement of the Resort’s market positioning and overall performance
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales
A university degree in a related field is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
