Unox, a market leader in high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work®, is seeking a Director of Sales to join its Jakarta team. This role will drive the regional sales strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and proactively develop and convert high-value opportunities across the territory.
Job Responsibility:
Defining and implementing the subsidiary’s strategic plan in alignment with the Group’s global vision
Identifying growth opportunities across new market segments, channels, and strategic partnerships
Developing and executing market penetration and brand positioning strategies in the local market
Driving revenue growth through the development of distributor and dealer networks
Managing and expanding key accounts, including HORECA chains, food retail, and bakery groups
Defining and monitoring commercial KPIs and sales network performance
Supervising budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Strengthening brand presence through events, demo centers, and local marketing initiatives
Building strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and local stakeholders
Collaborating with HQ on global strategy, new product launches, commercial policies, and financial reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields
MBA considered a plus
Experience managing international subsidiaries or business units
Previous experience in foodservice equipment, HORECA or professional machinery is preferred
Strong business development orientation and strategic mindset
Proven leadership and ability to manage multicultural teams
Strong analytical, negotiation, and key account management skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are considered a plus)
